Returns & Refunds

1. Return Window

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To ensure a successful return, please verify the following:

  • The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and attached.
  • The item must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or clearance event are not eligible for returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Intimate apparel, lingerie, or swimwear.
  • Customized or personalized orders.
  • Beauty and cosmetic products with broken seals.
  • Perishable items or gift cards.

4. The Return Process

Starting a return is easy. Follow these steps:

Log in to your account, visit your Orders section, and click "Return" on the relevant item.

Quality Approval

Once we receive your request, our team will review it. You will receive an approval notification within 24-48 hours.

Pickup or Ship

We will arrange a free reverse pickup for most locations. If pickup is not available in your area, you may need to ship the item back to us.

5. Refund Timelines

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via email immediately upon receiving the damaged product.
